INGREDIENTS

60 ml Snow Leopard

10 ml elder flower cordial

30 ml apple juice

30 grams of fresh fennel

half granny smith apple 

METHOD:- add the fennel and the apple to the Boston shaker. Muddle furiously to make sure all the flavours are released from the fennel and the apple. Finally add the rest of the ingredients to the shaker, shake and double strain. Serve in a martini glass garnished with an apple slice.

INGREDIENTS
40ml Snow Leopard
10 ml Passoa
5 ml Gran Marnier
1 ½   fresh passion fruit
30 ml Lychee juice
METHOD:- Shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with passion fruit.
