Tuesday Taster: Meet the Snow Leopard Vodka Minxie cocktail

Minxie landscapeEvery week from now on, we’ll post a cocktail up that’s easy to make – and even easier to drink – and if anyone out there has a good Snow Leopard Vodka cocktail then get in touch (anyone got one called an Effie to back our Ethical Vodka stance?) We’re going to start with one of my favourites – The Minxie.

MINXIE

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Snow Leopard
  • 15ml Elder flower cordial
  • 2 inches of muddled cucumber
  • Slithers of ginger

METHOD

Shake and stain in to a martini glass. Enjoy!
